Seasonal Flow Yoga with Jo Virtual Yoga taught via zoom for you to complete at home. A gentle class mixing chair based and standing yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and concentration, ending with a lovely relaxing meditation to calm the mind.
Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
