Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team: 0800 1690398 (24 hours 7 days a week)
If you or someone you know needs help in a mental health crisis, call our crisis teams. The teams work with those aged from 11 upwards.
If calls are from or about children under 11, telephone advice and support will be given however our crisis teams cannot provide home treatment to this age group.

Samaritans

Providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide, including support for people caring for someone feeling suicidal

CALM work with everyone who’s struggling with life, no matter who they are, where they’re from or what they’re going through.

Supporting victims of domestic abuse
Service is designed to reduce the level of domestic abuse and improve the safety of victims and their families.

CandO (Connect and Offload) – 0808 801 0606 (2pm-9pm, 7 days a week)

The helpline is here to support adults living in Gloucestershire who are experiencing mild to moderate wellbeing difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, or depression, including support for self-harm. They can also provide support and information to friends, family, Carers, and professionals.   The service is open access and there is no need for a referral.

POhWER support people who, because of disability, illness, social exclusion and other challenges, find it difficult to express their views or get the support they need.
Their mission is to empower people to have a voice and make a real difference to their lives. We do this by speaking for them when they can’t and supporting them to speak for themselves when they can.

Providing talking therapy that has been proven to be effective in managing anxiety and depression.

Warm and Well offers energy efficiency advice to householders and also administers grant funding on behalf of the local authorities and other funders

Supporting people who may be experiencing debt and in poverty. You do not need to be of Christian faith to access support
