Gentle Stretching to improve stress and wellbeing

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Friday, repeating until 26th August 2022
Gentle stretching (seated or standing) breathing techniques and a lovely relaxation at the end of the class. or Gentle stretching for body & mind to increase your wellbeing, reduce stress and help you feel re charged
Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
