Girl with the Curly Hair – Autism and Developing Resilience

Resilience is the capacity to recover from difficult situations.

Autistic people might be more sensitive and more naive than other people.

They may have more difficulties than other people so building the ability to cope is important.

Learn some ways to build resilience in autistic people so that they may have a slightly easier time getting through life.

Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder).
