Mindful Monday – Calming the Mind

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating until 12th July 2021
Join in and learn about calming your mind.
Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
