Seated Exercise with Matt at G Fitness

An event every week that begins at 3:45 pm on Monday, repeating until 20th December 2021
Fun and seated exercise class to build strength and balance and includes fall prevention. Join Matt to learn new exercises to allow you to become more fit and healthy in the comfort of your own home.
Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
