Tai Chi with Liz
This gentle form of exercise can help maintain and even improve health, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi issuitable for everyone and can be practiced standing or sitting on a chair. It works on connecting body andmind, increasing energy, releasing tension, and boosting internal and external health. This class will also includebreathwork and end with a lovely relaxation.
Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
