Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) with Maxine

Yoga Nidra is a special type of guided meditation that puts you into a particular state of consciousness. It helps to relieve stress, reduce tension, and relieve anxiety. Regular practice is said to positively affect your overall physical, emotional & mental health

Joining is simple. All you need to do is book a place and we will email you the links for each session that you need to click at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
