For Face to Face events – You can just come along or book your place for bookings only by completing your details below, further information will be sent to you prior to the event taking place – all links and locations will be send out the Friday prior to the event.
For Online Zoom/ Teams sessions – We will email you the links for each week, if you click on the session link at the relevant time and date (you might need to check your spam and junk mail folder). All you need is access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera (optional) and microphone (most laptops and phones have this built-in now)
