Peer Support – Buddy Up Scheme
What is BuddyUp?
BuddyUp aims to match Carers who have signed up to the scheme, based on their interests, caring situation, and/or location.
Buddies can manage their match however they feel comfortable this could be by telephone, text, email, in a virtual setting or in person.
It is an opportunity for Carers to share their experiences and connect with others who understand the challenges they face. By doing so there are many possible benefits.
